Gromax Agri Equipment Ltd. (erstwhile Mahindra Gujarat Tractor Ltd.), a joint venture between Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and the Government of Gujarat has launched of 8 new tractors in the 4WD and 2WD categories, including India’s first factory-fitted cabin series in the under 50 HP segment.
Powered by Gromax’s powerful and fuel-efficient diesel engines , and world-class gear box technology, the new tractors boast optimal performance and are easy to operate, addressing a wide spectrum of farming needs. The new tractors will cater to orchard farming, areca-nut cultivation, inter-cultivation, puddling, and haulage applications.
Under its Trakstar Kavach series, Gromax has introduced India’s first factory-fitted cabin series in the under 50 HP segment, designed to offer farmers a safe, comfortable, and weather-resistant workspace. The cabin brings enhanced protection and convenience to tractors in the sub-50hp category, making it a practical solution for year-round farming operations and improved productivity. The company will initially offer the non-air- conditioned variant, while the air-conditioned variant will be introduced in the next phase.
